This programme will have carry over to all ball striking sports ie Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Golf, Hockey etc
You will strike the ball faster, harder and further
This programme has a predominant focus on trunk/core stability, hip strength and twisting power.
You will gain an in-depth gym based approach to improving your Racket/Stick/Club speed and increase multi-directional speed and power as well as rotary strength, power, mobility and injury prevention
3 gym based sessions per week approx. 45mins - 1 hour
Video library of exercises to assist you in performing movements
You will have Bounce’s expertise at you finger tips through training app TrueCoach
