BOUNCE ROTARY SPORTS PROGRAMMING
- This programme will have carry over to all ball striking sports ie Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Golf, Hockey etc 
- You will strike the ball faster, harder and further 
- This programme has a predominant focus on trunk/core stability, hip strength and twisting power. 
- You will gain an in-depth gym based approach to improving your Racket/Stick/Club speed and increase multi-directional speed and power as well as rotary strength, power, mobility and injury prevention 
- 3 gym based sessions per week approx. 45mins - 1 hour 
- Video library of exercises to assist you in performing movements 
- You will have Bounce’s expertise at you finger tips through training app TrueCoach 
- When you sign-up you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and then your TrueCoach login details to access your programme.
