Bounce Weightlifting programming
This programme is primarily designed to improve performance in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk
You will develop and improve physical qualities such as mobility, power production and strength
Follow the 4 sessions per week programme of the Bounce gym Weightlifting club
This programme will prepare you for competition whether it’s your 1st ever weightlifting competition or you’re an experienced lifter
You will have Bounce’s expertise at you finger tips through training app TrueCoach

Programming by Benedict Millson Msc
Benedict has been coaching since he began his degree in Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary’s University in 2015. During that time Benedict coached strength and conditioning to the university men’s rugby union 1st team as well as being involved with athletes in rowing, bobsleigh, Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting and football.
Benedict left university with a first class honours degree.
Since joining Bounce in 2018, Benedict has spearheaded the Olympic Weightlifting team and taken many of the, then beginner lifters, to a national standard of performance. He has also been an active PT working with clients from all backgrounds as well as continuing to coach S&C, one on one, in swimming, American football, professional wrestling, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and rugby.
