No equipment?, limited space?.. Don’t worry, this 4 week programme was written specifically with Lockdown in mind.
3 Sessions per week approx. 45mins - 1 hour
Video library of exercises to assist you in performing movements
Detailed information about each exercise including reps, sets and rest periods.
Each workout will include total body strength work, Ab crushing rounds and finish with calorie burning conditioning circuit.
Each workout will have options if you do have basic equipment.
