This 12 week programme provides an in-depth approach to gaining strength & size.

  • 3 gym based sessions per week approx. 45mins - 1 hour

  • Video library of exercises to assist you in performing movements

  • Learn the reps, sets, volume, loading parameters, muscle splits and correct rest times to increase muscle size.

  • Understand the loading requirements and training splits to give you the best chance of getting stronger.

  • You will have Bounce’s expertise at you finger tips through training app TrueCoach

  • When you sign-up you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and then your TrueCoach login details to access your programme.
