3 gym based sessions per week approx. 45mins - 1 hour
Video library of exercises to assist you in performing movements
Learn the reps, sets, volume, loading parameters, muscle splits and correct rest times to increase muscle size.
Understand the loading requirements and training splits to give you the best chance of getting stronger.
You will have Bounce’s expertise at you finger tips through training app TrueCoach
