With nearly two decades of experience as a personal trainer Pawel has experienced a wide variety of training styles and areas of focus.

From basketball and sport specific training directed at speed and explosiveness, through to bodybuilding with a large focus on nutrition and progressive overload training to maximise muscle growth. More recently pawel has developed an interest in pilates and yoga to help find a deep connection between mind and muscles as well as  breathing control and body alignment.

Pawel also has a diploma in Kinesiology as well as Reiki/healing through touch giving him a very unique set of skills which he will use to help you move correctly, feel calmer, balance your energy levels and organise your diet in order to get that ultimate glow and general wellbeing.
