With a high-level, multi-sports passion, I’ve worked my way back from two ACL reconstructions to compete at varsity level in rugby and powerlifting. I appreciate well-being’s importance and its potential when handled in an ambitious but safe manner.
Bounce has really helped me maximise my athletic potential (except for growing my small calves - someone help please), and having been working in Personal Training since 2020, that’s something I look to help others with as a Level 3 PT.
At its core, fitness is a balance between digging deep and having fun, and training with me you’ll realise that the two can go hand in hand!
You’ll either see me in Bounce Gym headphones in, looking angry and getting after it or smiling and having a laugh - nothing in between!
