Jess works with people of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers, focusing on improving strength, building confidence, and creating balance through effective, enjoyable training. Her services include strength and conditioning coaching, tailored to help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively.
Passionate about training women at all stages of their lives, Jess is also a pre- and post-natal qualified trainer.
