Jack graduated from St Mary‘s University in 2010 with a specialist degree in sports injury rehabilitation. With over 10 years experience in training and treating people with injuries he has worked with the likes of England, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji rugby, Canada para triathlon team and a plethora of individual athletes from a range of sports.
Having had a semi professional rugby career himself, Jack knows the importance of what it means to make a fast and bullet proof recovery to return individuals to there are pre-injury state, equipped with the tools and sound of mind they have everything in their arsenal to remain injury free.
Specialising in functional assessment and rehabilitation, Jack works with our personal trainers and clinical team to bridge the gap between treatment room and gym floor.
No two people move the same, which is why Jack uses a combination of biomechanical analysis, comprehensive anatomical knowledge, movement dysfunction screening and postural corrective exercises to assess and rehabilitate individuals returning from injury.
