Clare’s passion for fitness started with battling chronic illness and using movement for pain management. She now loves to assist people to find the exercise they enjoy to keep their body moving and their minds motivated.

Starting out in weigh loss coaching and still assisting many clients today with their body goals , Clare has since branched out into many other areas of sport and exercise. Clare’s aim is to provide her clients with as many options as possible to add to their training plans.

Working with people is Clare’s passion and helping people find their passion through exercise whether that be general strength and cardio training, gymnastics, hand balancing or olympic lifting.

Clare is ready and motivated to help you achieve your exercise goals.
